Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ritma Yoga app and related services (“the Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Ritma Yoga is a personal yoga-journaling app that lets you record your yoga sessions, view stats about your practice, and optionally share sessions with friends. The Service is provided by Rendy Reynaldy, an independent developer.

2. Your account

You sign in using Google or Apple. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You must be old enough to form a binding agreement in your country to use the Service.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create (sessions, photos, videos, comments). By posting content to the social features, you grant us the limited permission needed to store, display, and share that content with the friends you choose, solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for the content you post and must have the right to share it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

We may suspend or remove accounts or content that violate these Terms.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.

6. Disclaimer

Ritma Yoga is a journaling tool, not medical, fitness, or health advice. The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your data will always be available.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ritma Yoga and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
